Candidiasis can cause many different symptoms which is probably why it has not been taken seriously in the past or has been difficult to diagnose.

If you can say yes to one trigger and three or more in the symptoms section it is likely that Candida could be a factor in causing your symptoms.

  • Ways to track Candida

    Try eliminating yeast from your diet for two weeks. Do your symptoms decrease?
    Then try re-introducing yeasts foods, say twice in one day. Note your symptoms, do they return?

    N.B.Symptom's severity frequently increase naturally in cold damp weather - this could skew the results of your test. Serendipity played a huge part in my discovering what was wrong.
